Call me Crazy

Call me crazy for missing you.
Call me crazy for wanting to plant
kisses all over you
up, down, in diagonal rows, and more.

Call me crazy for wanting to breathe
fresh air.
Call me crazy for wanting to breathe
you.

Call me crazy for wanting more.
The seeds of your lips, my long-lost friends
tight-fisted and wadded up.

Call me crazy for dancing in the rain,
the only pendulum that defies gravity
essential of the famine to come.

Call me crazy for being an advocator
of change,
tight-fisted and wadded.

Call me crazy for ignoring the warning
of the droughts to come.

Call me crazy for filling my mouth
with water
up, down, in diagonal rows, and more.

Call me crazy for wanting to be
the only source that sustains you.
